A treat for Santa from the ABC Bakers December recipe. This cookie is chewy, delicious and makes your kitchen smell like the holidays. This is the last selection in 2012 from the weekend baker by Abigail Johnson Dodge.
I shaped and froze the cookies as suggested. There is just the right amount of ginger, cinnamon, cloves and molasses to delight the taste buds. This recipe is easy to prepare and will be on my "to make in a crunch" list.
I wish Happy Holidays to all of the ABC bakers and look forward to baking with you next year.
