TWD Mango Blanc-Manger



Thank you Susan of Sticky, Gooey, Creamy, Chewy for your selection this week. I apologize for the early post. I will not have a computer available to me during my travels in Central Mexico. I had not thought that I would have time before leaving, however, a brunch invitation before I left seemed the perfect venue for this dessert. I did not have really tasty fresh raspberries available to me, but I always have mangos this time of year -- so that is what I used. The fresh mango was delicious in this recipe. This is an easy and lovely dessert, one that I will use again and again. I think individual portions would be very special.

  1. Your blanc manger looks great; I love mango in anything and am looking really forward to making this dessert, since I've never had a blanc manger.
