Thanks to Beryl of Cinemon Girl, the TWD bakers made a yummy tart. I added some finely chopped nuts to the Sweet Tart Dough, but I think that I baked it a little too long or didn't press it thin enough, as it was somewhat hard to cut. My guests loved it though. The filling is delicious and the coconut taste really comes through. I may cut back just a bit on the cornstarch when I make this again. It seemed somewhat "gummy". The toasted coconut on the top is a great finish. All in all it was a success for luncheon on Sunday. Have a great week! lola
