What a treat Becky of Project Domestication provided with her selection of Burnt Sugar Ice Cream this week. It was a fun recipe to make and interesting to see the caramel after it has hardened calm down and smooth out. This is a rich and complex ice cream - a small serving goes a long way. Mine remained rather on the softer side, but we loved it. I served it with Dorie's Sables. Thank you Becky.
