Rose's Mud Turtle Cupcakes




Chocolate, caramel and pecans - what a trio! Baking the little cupcakes was a breeze. Wow, am I lucky or what? With all of the baking I have been doing, little containers of caramel and ganache are residing in my freezer which compose the topping on these morsels. I know, I said that last week, but it is true. So after baking the sweet cupcakes and making them "turtles", they are waiting for my honey and me to taste after our sunset dinner. We are blessed!
