TWD Apple-Coconut Family Cake

I am glad to be back to posting after challenges with my computer. The selection for this week is selected by Amber of Cobbler du Monde. As described by Dorie, this is a moist cake baked with coconut, diced apples and then apple slices baked on the top and a jelly glaze brushed after baking. I used extra apples and glazed with guava jelly (no apple jelly in the pantry). We really enjoyed this simple to prepare cake. It is a cake to share with family and friends.
