TWD Nutty, Chocolaty, Swirly, Sour Cream Bundt Cake

Whew! That is a mouth full of descriptive words. Jennifer of Cooking for Comfort selected the recipe this week. This is a typical bundt cake with a swirl of - you got it - all of the above. The recipe called for raisins, but I omitted them. After reading the comments from other TWD bakers, I was especially careful in layering the batter and the swirl. There was still a bit of sticking to the pan, but all in all it was okay. Although, it is tasty, it is not my favorite bundt cake. It will be gifted to appreciative neighbors who do not bake. I have just returned from a car trip to Guanajuato and San Miguel Allende in central Mexico. My honey and I take Canadian friends each year to a different area of Mexico. Our friend is a photographer and we all love to share the local charm and delicious food, plus they are happy to escape the Toronto cold. If anyone would like some information on absolutely perfect B&Bs and restaurants in that area, please let me know.
