My friends began their drive back to Canada from Mexico last week, so I wanted to send a "sweet" for the road. I chose Dorie's Chocolate Oatmeal Drop cookies, page 75. What a great and easy recipe. Yummy chocolate over the top! I think I will add some chopped walnuts the next time. I used a small ice cream scoop to measure and made 60 cookies from the recipe. This is a keeper!
