Thanks to Lyn of "and then I do the dishes" for this weeks recipe selection. I had only a 9" pan and it worked fine, just a bit flatter. This was an easy recipe and I enjoyed preparing it. I served it with homemade vanilla ice cream for a dinner party and my guests loved it. So as not to eat any more of it myself, I gifted the remaining to them. My motto: BTG. It works and my neighbors and friends love me. I get to cook and they reap the benefits and it doesn't all go to my hips.
This cake will be a re-do for me. Thanks again Lyn and to my fellow bakers who share in the fun!
